Is an American band that formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1988. The Pumpkins drew inspiration from a variety of other genres, some unfashionable during the 1990s among music critics. Is an Armenian-American metalck band from Southern California, formed in 1994. The band has achieved commercial success with the release of five studio albums; three of their studio albums debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. The Cars

Were an American rock band that emerged from the early New Wave music scene in the late 1970s. The Cars were at the forefront in merging 1970s guitar-oriented rock with the new synth-oriented pop that was then becoming popular and which would flower in the early 1980s. The band broke up in 1988, and Ocasek has always discouraged talk of a reunion since then, telling one interviewer in 1997 "I'm saying never and you can count on that."

Keane

Are an English alternative rock band from Battle, East Sussex, formed in 1997. Keane are known for using a piano as the lead instrument instead of guitars, differentiating them from most other rock bands. The inclusion of a distorted piano effect in 2006 and various synthesisers were a common feature in their music that back then combined the piano rock sound used during their first album and the more electronic sound which developed on the second and third albums.
